A week or 2 later i started physical therapy ...A month passed went to the dr. for check up and seen his P.A. again they did x ray and still a tore rota tor cuff , He ask me how was i doing and i told him still having trouble with shoulder and pain here and there .He gave me a shot of steroids in my shoulder and put me on aggressive physical therapy ... So I have this strange pain?
I have this strange pain in my shoulders. It comes frequently and quickly. It literally feels like my shoulders are pulling out of place. It's this sicking, thick, pulling pain in my shoulders, and almost anything can bring it on. If I roll out of bed wrong, sometimes when I'm shifting gears in my car, or even pushing in a chair. I feel as though my joint is stretching to the limit without it completely coming out of socket. After it happens my entire arm is heavy, and difficult to move, and anything I do with that arm causes that pain to come back. This will go on for a few days at a time, and both shoulders do it. I have never fully dislocated a joint, or tore a rotator cuff as far as my knowledge goes, I'm only 21 and this has been going on since I was 19. My father and my brother have the same issue with the exception that their shoulders completely dislocate when it happens to them. Not only is it my shoulders, however, but my hips tend to make this very loud clicking sound every time I take a step if I walk or stand for extended periods of time. Although this doesn't hurt much at all. And my jaw will occasionally lock up to the point where I have to have someone push it to the side and pull my chin down in order for me to open my mouth again. After eating crunchy foods (rye snacks mainly..) my jaw will be harder to open, and make a loud pain full pop when I can get it open on my own. Any idea as to what this might be? It's very bothersome and pain-full, I really don't want to say I'm falling apart at 21 years old anymore.

Dislocated Shoulder advice, need help with this quickly!!!?
I am a senior in high school on the varsity ice hockey team, not be cocky but a pretty vital part of the team. I have been having a lot of shoulder problems in the last year or so. The first that I can remember is dislocating my right shoulder last season; it was out for about 1 minute but popped back in on the bench. This year I had an issue with the same shoulder in August, then again in september, both times it quickly popped out then back in. I never went to the doctors, but also rested the shoulder until there was no pain before resuming physical activity (a couple of days)... Last night the same thing happened with my left shoulder caused by receiving a hit against the boards. There is a specific spot on the back of my shoulder that is usually the culprit, when struck or pushed with force it pushes my shoulder right out. I don't understand why this keeps happening to me. I am not weak but is it possible that my rotator cuff is weak or damaged, or exposed to a lack of muscle around my shoulder? Also, being my senior year, my last wish is to be side lined with an injury, I want to play. My main question is if this could lead to future complications. I would rather look after my future health than a few hockey games in high school. My dad said that if I went to an orthopedic my season would likely be over. In your opinion, am I looking at surgery or physical therapy to strength my shoulders from future incidents? What should I do here? Thanks for any help, I'll choose the best answer and try to provide info if needed.

I want to find a cheap easy way to lose about 20 lbs. on the belly and thigh area.?
I can't do alot because I had rotator cuff repair, I have been doing sit-ups, crunches, and weighted leg lifts for 2 wks in a row and can't notice a change at all. I gained this weight in a 4 month time period when I got hurt playing softball. We lifted weights every other day and ran every day. What I have gained is my muscle turning into fat. I need help, I just can't stand to see the belly I have. What is the best way that is preferably cheap that I can lose this weight and get back to the 120-130 lb. range? I want it gone in a timely and reasonable manner, I just HAVE to lose it before I lose it!!

What is this pain in my shoulder?
Ever since the beginning on my football season this year I have had this pain in my left shoulder and I have had this pain in my right shoulder since the season before. I broke my right collar bone, and don't know what I did to my left. I have had chronic pain when I lift them in any direction other than straight back. Every time this injury has reoccurred it has been during an impact (football hit) or a strain. I have a sharp pain inside my shoulder and when i move it the pain sometimes travels down the upper part of my arm. I suspect that it's tendonitis or a torn rotator cuff but I'm not sure. I have an appoitment with a specialist next week but I want to get an idea of what others may think. Anything helps thanks!
