Does PT really help a rotator cuff injury?
I hurt my left arm rotator cuff in November lifting the Thanksgiving turkey, I think. The pain is getting worse and my doctor recommended PT. She said I have an impingement. I am sceptical about the PT.
I also have swelling on my left collar bone. Sometimes my faces swells too. The collar bone will get a CAT scan next week.
Will I get better without surgery?
I am skeptical because I have had PT before on another matter and it did absolutly nothing for me. I followed the instructions and did the excercises. No improvement.

I need a Baseball Off season work out!! Help!?!?
Hi, I'm 15 years old. I need a Baseball work out that is set on paper for me so that I can take it into the gym so I know what I'm doing and when i'm supposed to do it. Baseball is about core,abs,shoulders,arms,rotator cuff, thighs, calf's, and just about every muscle / joints you can think of. I think something that's going to work all of this stuff. I need help asap on what to do. Please don't prescribe things like videos or work out plans that I have to buy.
The second part of my question is conditioning work out. I need something that's going to make me in great shape. Need to be able to run a lot of sprints. I need reps/sets of these to do.
The third part of my question is meal plan. I weigh about 155. I'm 15 like i said. I'm about 5'10. I'm looking to gain weight in muscle. No fat! I need a meal plan which is going to raise me up to about 170 in pure muscle. I just want healthy food. And how many of them i'm suppossed to eat a day and stuff. Also, like how many servings of this stuff i'm suppossed to be eating. P.S. I'm going to be drinking a Muscle Mass Milk shake after my work out so, just keep that in mind.

Can i sue a hospital?
My boyfriend was recently assulted and was lifelighted to a pa hospital. While he was there he told them he couldnt move his arms. they took xrays and said nothing was wrong. the next week he just kept trying to move it thnking it was just really sore with muscles ect. then everyday he could move it less and less. he went to doc to find out that he had broken arm, rotator cuff torn all the way off, bone fragments stuck in joints ect. can he sue the hospital for pain and medical bills. it has been a very tradgic situation from the start.
yes i agree to an extent about the medical bills but with them telling him he would be fine and to just go about normal life. it would have been a less costly surgery if it would have been takin care of before his arm was mangled and shreded right?
also can anyone tell me any info about help for victims of crime?
