Is this a shoulder impingement?
I've been lifting weights for awhile, but its been causing a lot of crackling when i move my shoulders around the next day. when im warming up my rotator cuffs i hear little cracks and tendons ripped and popping and shit, and usually i dont feel pain but when i go to stretch behind my head some days i will feel a sharp pain in my shoulder other days it will be fine. all this crackling is starting to really scare me, any advice?

Will a pain specialist treat me?
I hurt my back in January while moving a coffee table and ever since my back has been really bothering me and my legs and butt as well. I finally was able to get an MRI at the ER and this is what their report stated(I've shortened it a bit). L1-L4 Normal L4-L5: Mild disc protrusion is present with annular tear in the left paracentral zone. Minimal lateral recess stenosis is present on theleft. L5-S1: Small central disc protrusion and annular tear are present. Impressions: 1. Mild disc changes are present at the lower two levels. 2. No sites of neural impingement or significant intraspinal disease are identified. The reason I ask if a pain specialist will see me is because of the words like "mild" and "minimal". It hurts like heck. My doc doesn't prescribe narcotics and nothing else seems to work. He also says that because of my diabetes I probably wont be able to get shots either. Any advice or input?

Should I have another foot surgery?
I went to the doc complaining of arch pain, heel pain, and ankle pain. X-rays showed that I had a large bone spur in between the talus and tibia in the front of my ankle. I had one surgery to remove the bone spur. 5 months later, I had the Evans Calcaneal with a bone graft and a Gastroc. Recession to correct my arch. During post op my doc saw that the hardware in the Evans was shifting and causing an impingement. I also lost most of the arch that was created. Within 6 months after that i had a hammertoe corrective surgery to correct the 2nd and 3rd digit. Now I am about 2 months out of that surgery and he is suggesting a Cotton Osteotomy and also adjusting the hardware from the Evans. Is this normal to have so many surgeries? Or to have a Cotton Osteotomy to correct a previous Osteotomy? All of the surgeries have been performed within a year, how long will it take for me to run again?

Cervical MRI report... advice?
I had severe neck pain for almost 2 weeks (normally I never have any problems) I could not turn my head and nothing relieved the pain, really. I finally could not take any more so I had an MRI done. My doctor called me and just said that it showed "arthritis" and didn't say anything else. Here is what my MRI report say.. Should I get a second opinion or can someone help explain this to me? Is this just arthritis? Thoughts? (FYI: the pain is mostly gone now, just a little stiffness still lingering). Lordosis is preserved. Marrow signal of the cervical vetebral bodies is unremarkable. Intervertebral disk maintain normal height, but there is some mild decreased signal at C2-3. C3-4. C4-5, C5-6, suggesting mild degenerative disk disease. Cervical cord is of normal caliber without Syrinx formation. Craniovertebral junction is unremarkable. Transaxial slices demonstrate mild annular bulging at the disk at C2-3, C3-4, C4-5 and C5-6. There is no nerve effacement. The disk space at C6-7, C7-T1 demonstrates minimal annular bulging. There is no disk herniation, nor does there appear to be cord abutment or impingement or central canal stenosis. FYI I am 29 FYI I am 29

Doctors don't know what's wrong with me?
I have seen doctors and we have rules out rotator- cuff tears because my MRI is clear and i am still having pain along my bicep tendon. I have shoulder impingement syndrome but they don't think that's the cause of this extreme pain. What is wrong with me?
