Baseball Lifting advice?
I have a few questions on a couple of lifts, regarding whether or not they are harmful for a baseball player, specifically with throwing (rotator cuff, elbow, shoulder).
Military press, not behind the back, just straight up and down
bench press with barbell
i thought it wouldnt hurt to try and build up some beach muscles in the off season. however, i dont wanna risk hurting my arm, which is obviously more important that trying to look good.
looking for advice from baseball players.
