Can a torn rotator cuff heal without surgery?
My doctor said I might not need surgery for my torn rotator cuff. Is he nuts or in cahoots with the insurance company? I thought this always needed surgery.

Dumbell fly's effective?
Hi guys, i recently damaged my rotator cuff, and was wondering because i cant do flat bench or any bench for that matter, or dumbell press, i did do dumbell fly's and it did not hurt my shoulder at all. Now i look to do dumbell fly's for another 2 months until my rotator cuff heals. I wish to do incline, decline, and flat dumbell fly's. Will this workout all my chest, plus because i always use to do flat bench, will dumbell fly's widen chest or what?.. Thanks much help appreciated.

Rotator Cuff Heal by Itself?
So whenever I work my chest, my front delts feel pain. I figured I should rest them up for some time. My question is, will it actually heal on its own, without me having to go to a therapist? Will it heal by itself if I just take a break from lifting? It's nothing bad, I think. I can reach back and scratch my back without feeling pain. It's just when I do chest presses, or tricep dips, that's it.
