Is there an easy way to clean Venetian blinds?
I hate wiping each slat one by one, it's so time consuming. I've got a torn rotator cuff so taking them down, washing them, then hanging them up again is beyond whhat I can do. Anybody know an easy way?

10 points still in pain from softball?
My shoulder been hurting for softball. I keep off of it for the weekend to see what would happened. It hurt last wenday and it is now sunday almost monday. Could it be a rotator cuff tear? Whenever i lift me arm to throw it hurts. How long should an overworked arm be sore for?

Possible injury that could prevent me from joining the marines?
Hi guys I'm very interested in joining the marines , but i have had right shoulder pain for the past year .. It only hurts when i move . I'm thinking its my rotator cuff I tore or something , I'm hoping that i can just go through physical therapy and not surgery ..... If i were to get surgery will this prevent me from joining the marines ??? Or if i were to go through physical therapy and i tell MEPS i went through physical therapy will this also prevent me from joining ??? Thanks

Boxing and shoulder pain?
I started up boxing workouts a year ago and noticed a couple months ago that whenever i threw my jab so many times my shoulder would start to hurt I know it's not because I just started it's been over a year I'm hoping its not rotator cuff and dont want surgery but its not that bad only when throwing punches with left hand any advice on what it could be?? The pain is not constant just when throwing jab

What could be wrong with my shoulder?
On March 12 I was playing softball and my shoulder was killing me. I went to the orthopedic. He took me out of gym and softball for a month and sent me to PT. He said that I had impinged my rotator cuff in the front and back. and it was popping and grinding and causing a lot of pain. I just went back Wednesday and he said I was fine but was going to leave it up to the PT as to when I could stop going back. I went to PT yesterday and she wanted me to do a some more exercises but its popping and grinding really bad and she felt it. and it is causing me more pain. She asked me if the doctor told me I had any joint instability or anything and he did not. She will not let me do anything now because of it. What could be wrong? Should I go to another doctor to get his opinion?
