Lack of mobility and pain in my shoulder?
I'm experiencing pain in my shoulder and I can't move it back. I am right-handed and it's my left hard that is hurting, but I have to like use my right arm to put my seatbelt on and stuff... I can't really afford to go to a doctor, but I will if it's a must. Any advice or help on what could be causing it? I feel like it's my rotor cuff.

Does anyone know about cortisone shots?
I have a right torn rotor cuff and am getting monster pain when raising it or even trying to sleep on my right side...I heard both good and bad about a cortisone shot...and i am also a type 2 diabetic....but on no med....can anyone tell me the 411 on it....does it stop the pain and help heal it...does it cause major side effect....and how long does it last...some forums it was said....it left them in worse pain...and sweats...and some said they had much trouble breathing after it...would appreciate the help on this.

Does anyone have info on torn rotor cuff treatments?
Did anyone have prolotherapy or cortisone shot treatments for a torn rotor cuff, if so can you tell me how it worked out (good or bad). I really don't want any surgery and standard physical therapy only made it worse. I've have had it for years, but now the pain is so bad and constant that I need to do something.

need to find a way to get my dad outa jail?
ok so my dad is stupid right. hes almost 60 years old, hes a vet and has nightmares all the time and had shrapnal removed from his neck and he was shot through his hand. he has no friends he cant drive hes retired he takes pain meds for his neck and his knee, im not sure whats wrong with his knee but its messed up some how. hes had to have surgery done on his rotor cuff in his shoulder cause he fell on it. he had to have surgery on a hernia. and did i mentioned hes stupid?
hes all screwed up, im sure theres more but not aware of any others.
so he has no friends right and he has really bad depression cause all he does is sleep all day and all night and never goes anywhere. and the only thing he actually does is drink. hes an alcoholic he loves the bottle. so he was on a dui probation and he went in court for a check up and he was buzzed. the night before was his birthday so when i came over i let him buy a bottle usually i dump it out or hide it when i visit. but since it was his bday i let him have it. so now hes in jail for a year and hes an old ass man that has all these problems from veitnom. and i was wondering if some how i can get him out?
actually rejected hes a better driver when hes drunk. when hes sober he always runs into either my house or my garage bay door!

am i takign the right steps to healing?
i have a rotor cuff tear and im gonna stop weight lfiintg even though im a HEAVEY lifter until this gets better. so what im doing until this gets better is.
keeping range of motion--swimming ( i swim compt anyhow)
strenghthing-- doing rotor cuff excersises for 1hr a day
streching-- keeping the cuff along with muscles around well streched.
am i taking the right steps? wht else if anything
