Shoulder injury, exercises needed?
Over the weekend I fell with my left arm hyper extended, and came down hard on my side, most of the impact was in the area of my armpit. As I hit the ground I heard a few "crunching" sounds from my shoulder. My range of motion is fine, but there is constant pain in my deltoids, and the pain will shoot down to my elbow at times.
What exercises can you recommend to get my arm back in shape, or should I be exercising it at all?
