how long does a shoulder muscle tear pain last?
I think I either pulled my shoulder muscle or tore my shoulder muscle. How can I tell the diffrence. It feels like someone is stabbing me in the shoulder and I went to the doc 3 times and I think she said I tore it. I am going to Physical theropy in 2 days. Its been hurting for a week now. And the muscle relaxers and vicodin isnt really helping the pain.
Although today I finally woke up without to much pain.
I didnt get into any kind of car accident. I think it may have pulled or torn at work as I am a cna and lift patients. I really cant think of any other way I could have hurt myself

shoulder muscle tear? Pain and stiff neck and upper back! HELP?
Playing tennis a couple weeks ago. Since then constant pain in my shoulder and upper back. I've been to the chiropractor alot for it. It just seems to be getting worse and now for the last few days my neck and upper back are so stiff that I wake up crying and can't even turn over in bed. What can I do for the pain? Exercise? Rest? Its hard to even sleep. Its really painfull to move my neck to even look around. Please any help will be good! Thanks
