Shoulder pain/exercises to help?
I've had this shoulder that will bug me from time to time. I played baseball all my life. It's my non-throwing shoulder(go figure). Diagnosis back then was tendonitis.
It hurts on the back part of my shoulder. If you know muscle anatomy, right around the trapezius. Feels tight, sore, and almost like it pops.
Any ideas to strengthen that part? Or rehab ideas?
