right shoulder pain, rotator cuff?
So basically I have a history of right shoulder issues, I've dislocated it 3 times and i'm only 18. And a couple months ago I was helping a friend move and while pushing an extremely heavy box out her door I heard something "pop" in my right shoulder near my collar bone. It hurt a little and for the rest of the day the muscle above the joint was twitching and I could feel the pain radiating down my arm. The next morning I could barely remove my arm from my side. At times it hurt so bad I was almost in tears. It took almost 2 weeks for it to feel somewhat normal again but I never went to the doctor (parents insisted that I was fine). Now almost 3 months later my right hand/arm seems to be permanently swollen and whenever I massage my shoulder (back and arm) my hand gets tingly and the swelling increases. Shortly after I'm in moderate pain for the rest of the day. Also, when I press on it at certain parts I can feel something moving. Any ideas what this could be from? I've heard rotator cuff but I thought that would heal itself by now...
