Do you Think the Lakers Have a Chance of Coming Back ?
Im a hardcore lakers fan and ive seen every single game they played and trust me they are so banged up right now from Injuries, I dont know if people realize it , it started kicking in for them when they were 15 games over the 500 mark and it started going downhill for them untill kobe started to takeover and averaged 40 + points. Sore ankle
Sprained ankle - out 3 to 4 weeks
Shammond Williams: Abdominal strain
Vladimar Radmanovic : Right shoulder separation, out 8 weeks

Luke Walton : Sprained right ankle
Lamar Odom : Tear in left shoulder

can I sue if i got hurt in a auto accident?
I was in a car that was backended at the time of the acciedent i did not seek medical attention because i felt alright. but later that day I was hurting so I went to the ER. My incurance paid for the hospital visit. But can I go after the other guy's insurance for my medication and pain and suffering. I suffered a cervical spin and shoulder sprain.

Pain & Suffering After Car Accident - Fair Settlement?
Apart from medical bills, lost wages and vehicle repairs, what should I consider a fair settlement with the insurance company for pain and suffering. Here are the basics of the case:
1) Lost 3 days of work
2) Whiplash, Lumbar Strain, Head and Shoulder Sprain
3) 4k damage to vehicle
4) Extreme pain causing inability to attend social and family functions
5) Made full recovery after 6 months
6) Resident of Kentucky
7) Other Driver's fault
I have people telling me that for pain and suffering it is usually the same amount as your medical bills, or 2.5 times the amount of the medical bills, and I have also heard that I will not get anything less that $1,000. What are your thoughts? I am trying to get a general poll from people who have been in similiar situations or hear advice from people who work for insurance companies or attornies, etc. An ideal response would be ....what would State Farm take as their "highest offer"?

Insurance Employees Please Answer?
State Farm Employees Please Answer...?
I was involved in an accident and the other driver was at fault. He has State Farm and I have someone else. I am nearing the point in the situation where I will be settling my case. I am wanting to know if my price sounds fair. If so, do you think I could get more? If not, what do you think is the lowest amount I could bargain? State Farm has already paid the car expenses, rental, and medical. I am just settling on my end. My car had 4k in damages. My medical cost $2k. I missed 3 days of work, visited the ER the date of the accident, had 3 tests (xray, ctscan, mri). I also followed up with my family doctor. I took 3 rx over a 3 month period. (That is how long ago the accident occured.) I live in KY. I was diagnosed at the ER with whiplash, back strain and shoulder sprain, in addition to bruising on my arms and shoulder.
I want to ask State Farm for $12,500. Do you believe this is a fair figure? (considering my medical expenses) Why or Why not?

No lumps but pain under right arm/breast & side, just got over sinus infection & now have dry cough?
It feels like a sore/bruise inside of me..Not sure if pain is related to infection or from a shoulder sprain from a year ago..it bothers me more at night, can't lay on right side, do I need a x-ray? Maybe it is lung..I throw up earlier from coughing
I am not no medication right now. I live in Midwest, & get sesonal allegry. I never get sick, this sinus infection is the worse I've been in years. I have a cat, no history of breast cancer, but fibro cyst under the armpits do run in the family. I think sugar/caffeine made me throw up and now I have phelm in throat..yuck

Heart Question?
Does one always have high blood pressure as a symptom on heart attack? The reason I ask is last night wen to ER for pain on left side of chest above breast (not in middle of chest) and shoulder pain. Blood pressure was completely fine and chest xrays were great. Was diagnosed with shoulder sprain but i guess I am still worrying that maybe some other tests should have been done. (I am only 27)
