Shoulder Tendinitis?!? I think I have it (playing too much late night solitaire) Anyway, my shoulder pops, f?
It pops occasionally, hurts more at night and early morning, I wake up and shout out in the night. The pain is sharper when my elbow is bent and I lift my arm than if my arm is straight when I lift it. Also it will be really sore but if I circle it forward and around it hurts less. Occasionally the pain spreads in a radial fashion across my chest and down over my elbow to my hand. Is this tendinitis or something else, any ideas or tips. 600mg of Advil and some harder stuff my Dr. prescribed (for something else, don't tell) isn't even touching the pain.

How can I fix my shoulder tendinitis?
After nearly a decade of competitive swimming and Lacrosse, I was recently diagnosed with a strained rotator cuff. After that healed, I started getting into working out again, but Then the pain came back, and in both shoulders. So I was diagnosed with tendinitis. It's extremely painful and limits my movement. The Doctor said to try yoga and physical therapy and leave it alone for a week or two and it would get better. After a rest period, I still have severe achiness and pain in my shoulders. I am not exactly sure what to do, because I can't continue to keep fit and I am terrified of gaining back weight or muscle atrophy... Can anyone give me some advice on how to either A) Relieve my pain or B) Alternative and effective ways to keep in shape while it heals?

can you get shoulder tendonitis by throwing a softball side arm?
today at softball i was playing third and threw the ball to first and right after i did my shoulder right by my neck started hurting. it is swollen and it is becoming hard to move my neck to the side. it also hurts to lift that arm above my head. what could this be?

shoulder tendonitis pain?
so i got tendonitis in my shoulder and the dr only gave me an anit inflamatory with no pain meds and told me to limit activity the thing is i got a 2 month old at home, im a single parent so i dont really know how i can limit my activities with her, and i was just wondering what i can do and why u think the dr wouldnt have givin me pain meds with having a baby
