do i have a rotator cuff injury?
everytime i lift weight on my left hand
its gets weaker so quickly
and my right hand can do more than
my left hand did
and everytime i carry heavy groceries
my left hand joint hurts
and i can dislocate my shoulder joint bone
but everytime i dislocate or move it,
its kind of hurt
are those a symptoms of rotator cuff problem???

Symptoms of rotator cuff injury?
A week ago I hurt my shoulder when working out. It doesn't get better, but I don't want to see a doctor yet. Could anyone tell me if I have symptoms of rotator cuff injury? I feel:
- sudden tearing sensation
- severe pain shooting from the upper shoulder area
- decreased range of motion of the shoulder
will this go by or could you say that I have a more serious rotator cuff injury?
