I have had shoulder problems for years but....?
Now it has spread to my hip and elbow all on the same side. I am in so much pain today that it is difficult to concentrate. I am 28 and I feel like I am too young for this kind of pain. What it going on? I have no insurance. I have had X-rays of my shoulder in the past with nothing to show. I have been told I have tendonitis, rotator cuff tear, bursitis. But nobody knows for sure until an MRI can be done. However if this is bigger than just my shoulder what is happening?
I have gone to my Dr. All he can do is give me pain killers to help me sleep. He wants me to go to get an MRI but cant afford it, also an orthopedist which is expensive too. He is guessing that I have bicep tendonitis and wants to also give me a cortisone injection but thats expensive and what about all the other joints now?

SHOULDER INJURY-- tendonitis, rotator cuff or something else?
I will be glad if you are willing to help in my situation. I am a 13 year old girl. On a Sunday morning, I woke up to find both my shoulders hurting ( my left shoulder does not hurt now). I can move both shoulders sideways, upwards and around. There is basically no problem with motion, however it hurts when it touch the injured part and the pain level is moderate.The pain may be caused by volleyball training the day before, as I spiked a lot (used my shoulder alot). I did not feel pain immediately that day. ( only felt pain when i woke up on a sunday morning) It has been 2 to 3 days since the injury. Please help me diagnose my injury based on the above symptoms. And will heat or/ and ice help during this period of time. Thank You. I welcome any answers that can help me. :D

What kind/ method of massage do I use then?

What is wrong with my shoulder please help?
Shoulder is sore to the touch at the top, pain when raising arm to the front or side. I still have full range of motion when raising arm to the front/side but not without pain. Lots of pain when doing any pushing that involves the front or side deltoid-like bench or military press. Basically all I can workout is my back and biceps/triceps isolations (not CGBP or dips because they involve the front deltoid) for the upper body. I am a bodybuilder. What is wrong with my shoulder? Is it bursitis, tendonitis, rotator cuff issues, what?
Basically, my shoulder hurts the most when I push.
