What happens if I do not pay a court ordered fee?
Ok so I got hurt at Wal-mart on the job in August of 2009. After all this time I have been contacted by a claims department to pay the attorney fees and sent an order that the judge approved to have me pay these fees. What happens if I do not pay? I clearly had a torn rotator cuff and the video proving my injury "did not exist" so they say leaving me to lose my case. Case was lost at the very beginning of 2010. Why have they waited so long? I have not been able to return to work due to this injury and suffer pain everyday. I am doing online school and raising four kids so there is no hope for now to return to work. I only have one car and am also losing my house as a result of this injury. Can they really put me in jail as well. If so, I would like to know as I need to figure out how to care for my children should something like this happen. Thanks I hired Chandler Law in myrtle beach SC. I do not recommend anyone hire them! They were basically non-existent in this case. Thank God I did not have to pay them. They left me high and dry and did nothing to defend my case.

Would this affect my playing?
I think I either have a shoulder sprain, or a torn rotator cuff. I am eleven, so will my baseball playing be affected? I haven't started puberty yet, or at least I don't think I have. So I haven't really started gaining muscle. I doubt I will become a baseball player when I grow up, cause the chances of that is like 1 out of 1000 or something. But I'm good right now. Will I lose arm strengh when I cme back in the spring, or april, may. Will I have to gain it back? Will the chances of getting this injury again increase or decrease? A long detailed answer would be nice. However, I guess ill be good with a short one. :)

If World War 3 breaks out, do you think they would let me enlist?
I've had a HUGE dream of serving in the military since I was about 4 years old, but I tried enlisting in all the branches except the Marine Corps over the past 3 months and they've all turned me down because I had a torn rotator cuff last year (it's completely healed and I've had 3 civilian docs write me notes saying it is yet they won't even take me to MEPS to look at it, instead they email the recruiters back and say I'm DQ'ed). So now I'm going to school to become a Paramedic. Do you think if World War 3 ever broke out that they'd let me enlist even though I was DQ'ed before? PS- The reason I haven't tried the Marine Corps is because I've heard they're the strictest when it comes to waivers. True or false?

I hurt my shoulder at hockey. What could this be?
So I am a goalie. Last night I took a decently hard shot from rather close that went off my shoulder. I really don't know if it hit my chest protector or managed to squeeze in and hit my shoulder... Though, it ricocheted and hit my mask so I am inclined to think it did hit my chest protector. Well, either way I felt the pain almost instantly. At first my shoulder was dead. I could barely hold on to my stick. But I battled through it and finished practice. There is minimal bruising, a red spot and some very very light purple on my shoulder. Here is the issue. I don't know if it is just a deep bone bruise with residual pain, or a torn rotator cuff. I don't think it makes sense that an impact would tear my rotator cuff, but you never know. Maybe I pulled my arm or something when I got hit and don't remember it. It hurts to the touch. It hurts to pick up anything thats not light. I can fully extend my arm with minimal pain. However, It hurts to lift above eye level. Both of my shoulders pop but now I hear a crunching sort of noise from the injured shoulder. I feel like it could also be a cracked bone or something of the sort. The pain hasn't gone away much, still feels the same as last night. Any idea what this could be? I know I should see a doctor but I can't do that until later this week. By the way, I am 17 and this is my right shoulder. Thanks

Should I get out the Army?
I have 8 years in with a little college. I am accepted to college and studying for placement tests. My wife has a 4 year degree in psych. I made it to E-6 in 7 years.... I just don't like the Army. When I joined I wanted to get mode a degree, deploy to both Iraq and Afghanistan as a medic: Done it all and then some. My back is screwed up, I have a Mtbi and a torn rotator cuff.... I'm only 27. Incredibly nervous.... I'm worried about making ends meet and health care

recovery time for partial torn rotator?
it started diving for a baseball about 4 and half months ago. i have probably around 70% range of motion in my shoulder. lifting my arm in front of me is no problem. extending it to the side is possible for bout two seconds then it hurts. would i need surgery for this? or should i just be patient, and keep trying to exercise moderately. my shoulder has recovered a lot compared to the first two three weeks of no motion.

Can people with long-term injuries adopt a child?
I live in NSW, Australia if that makes a difference. My mother really wants to adopt a kid, prefferrably a baby but a friend of hers told her she can't because she's got a torn rotator cuff and has had surgery on it etc. She's really depressed about this because she's 42 and already going through menopause, so she can't give birth to another child like she really wants to. =( She's not married but we live with her boyfriend and she's engaged to him. When they get married, will that make a difference?
